Your account
You must be at least 16 to create an account. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for activity on your account.
What an access grant gives you
An active access grant gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to stream the content for its stated period. It does not transfer ownership of anything.
What you may not do
Download, record, redistribute, publicly screen or resell the content. Share your account credentials. Attempt to circumvent access controls. Playback links are individually signed and traceable to the account that requested them.
Billing
Annual access is a single payment for twelve months and never renews. The monthly plan renews every month until you turn renewal off; you can also choose, before you pay, to buy a single month that does not renew. Before you pay, Paddle shows the current price, tax and, for a renewing plan, its renewal terms. Paddle securely processes payment and manages taxes; Otium does not store your card details. You can cancel a renewing monthly plan from Account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for unless Paddle shows otherwise.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may be added, changed or removed.
Ending your access
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, including credential sharing or attempts to redistribute content.
