What we collect
Your email address and name when you create an account. Which episodes you watch and how far through, so the site can resume where you left off. While you watch, your email address and a short account id may be shown over the video to deter redistribution, and are what lets a leaked copy be traced to an account. Payment-card details are collected and processed by Paddle, our payment provider; Otium does not receive or store your full card number.
Why we collect it
To give you an account, to remember your place in an episode, to show you what you have saved, and to keep the service working and secure.
Who we share it with
Our infrastructure providers: Supabase (database and accounts), Bunny.net (video delivery), and Paddle (checkout, taxes and subscription management). We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists, unless a shorter retention period is required by law or an operational schedule published here.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing support@otiumed.com. Requests are handled manually until self-service privacy controls are available.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
